DIY Yoga Mat Cleaning Spray
What you will need
One spray bottle, witch hazel and essential oils
(i.e. lavender, Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Mint or Rosemary)
The Blend
fill with one third water, two thirds with witch hazel then add a few drops of good quality essential oils of your choice
(I ♥ Lavender & Mint)
The Fun Bit
Stir then close and shimmy and shake around a little to mix the contents
Cleaning Mat Part
Spray mat, wipe down with damp cloth and hang to air dry in sun for 5 to 10 minutes
